The addition to the fine-dining market aims to make an elegant statement.
It occurred to me as I was dining in the luxuriant new Venetian Room that it has been a long time since a restaurant of this type opened locally.
By this type I mean an upscale, fine-dining restaurant that strives to offer an elegant experience of the highest level.
